It’s tricky to remove, but as long as you are careful you won’t break anything. With the screws removed you can carefully wiggle the top plastic housing off of the rest of the PS2. They are all the same size, so you don’t need to keep track of which hole they came out of. With the screwdriver you can also cut the warranty sticker along the seam. I find these are easiest to remove by prying with a very small flat head screwdriver.
